Happy Thanksgiving aka Gobblepalooza!

Today is about GRATITUDE.  A way of expressing thankfulness of what we have and focusing on life’s blessings.

I am so happy to be spending this holiday with my family.  For whom I am most thankful for.

I figured since I plan on enjoying my Thanksgiving meal and not stressing about what calories I will be indulging in, I ate a small bowl of oatmeal for breakfast this morning.

I found this new coffee-mate recently and I really like the flavor:  Honey Vanilla Creme.

So are you worried about about overeating today?
