Sticky Toffee Carmel Dip

Are you looking for a crowd-pleasing appetizer that will tingle everyone’s tastebuds?

This recipe is quick and easy.  And if you buy the pre-sliced apples, you can serve it in a jiffy!

Sticky Toffee Carmel Dip

2-8oz. blocks of cream cheese

1c. brown sugar

1/2 c. granulated sugar

2 tsp. vanilla extract

1c. toffee bits

1-16oz. tub of carmel dip

Your choice of apples, sliced, for dipping

In a medium sized bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugars and extract until smooth.

Spread in shallow serving dish.  Then layer on the carmel dip.  Sprinkle with toffee bits.

Serve with sliced apples for dipping.

This recipe can also be halved for a smaller sized appetizer.  Your ingredients then would be modified to:

1-8oz. block of cream cheese

1/2c. brown sugar

1/4c. granulated sugar

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/2c. toffee bits

80z. carmel dip

and apples for dipping.

I could not stay out of this dip once it was served.  It is very sweet, scrumptious and sticky!  Watch your sticky fingers after digging in!
